You pay for the EOM Core platform, then switch on the business extensions you need. Invited owners and tenants stay free.

The EOM Hub core (dashboard, AI Basic, documents, messages, listings, mobile) is included from your first module — never billed separately.

The modules

EOM Suite — combine and save

The discount applies to each additional module: the 1st at full price, then −10%, −15% and −20% on the following modules.

EOM AI

AI Basic is included everywhere; higher tiers add analysis, automation and specialized agents.

One unit = one operation, whatever the number of pages in the document processed.

Quota reached: further requests are blocked and an upgrade is offered. Never a surprise charge.

E-signature

Standard signature is unlimited; certified legal signature (higher evidentiary value) is billed by volume.

Standard e-signature: unlimited, included in every module.

Storage

Included storage depends on your plan: 2 GB on Vaad Starter, 10 to 50 GB on Cabinet plans, 2 GB per property on Invest, 20 GB per site on Building, 100 GB on Urban. The packs below add to that allowance.

Going over the limit never deletes anything: we warn you, block new uploads, and offer an upgrade. Your documents stay accessible.
